Whilst a nuisance masonry bees, are not known for stinging.


Masonry bees can become a problem when they start tunnelling through soft walls and damaged mortar. This is more frequently a problem in older properties. Because the problem can be accumulative any suspected attack should be treated sooner rather than later.


Insecticide will stop the problem in the short term but for a long term solution the answer is often re-pointing of problem areas.
